not much happened today. the weather was very cold and cloudy. that was better than yesterday when it was snowing and then raining (and cold). gen had us do her arm exercises with her and she practiced talking with and without the nasal opterator (sp?) she is getting so much easier to understand when she speaks. we had a weekend pass to go to the house with gen today, and we had to bundle her up well before taking her outside. she drove her chair all the way to the house with no help from me except getting up the curb (wheelchair access corner). we didn't go to the house till mid-afternoon, so we didn't have a meal, only a snack (cherry garcia ice cream and snickerdoodle coffee.) she was back here for dinner. we thank all of you for your continuing support and concern for gen. we thank and praise God for his continuing love and strength.
