during speech, gen clucked her tongue. her st and pt were pleasantly surprised with her breathing. she is breathing more from her stomach and less from her chest. in ot, gen worked on using her wheelchair, eating, and writing. she's started using cursive, per susan's suggestion, and it is working better than print. during pt, gen had e-stim on her legs. it went well.

Dear Gen, Josh, and Susan,
I am so humbled when I think of all the new things you have been able to learn over these past 3 months. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and the same God who made you, Gen, is giving you the strength and courage to keep on recovering. He is also giving special wisdom to you, Josh and Susan, as you continue to try new ideas. On this earth, who knows Gen better than the two of you, and I believe that your input and presence continue to speed the recovery process. Our prayer is that God will keep His strong and powerful arms wrapped around all of you, holding you up each step of the way!
Love,
Melfin
