sunday evening
gen had a couple of new movements today. we saw her shrug her shoulders, and a nurse told us that she felt gen move her foot. gen sat in the cardiac chair in an upright position today. she had a really good neck workout. she held her head up all by herself for the better part of an hour. we worked on mouth movements while in the chair. we also worked on hand movements. gen's coughs and swallows are getting much stronger.
